Duties:

• Represent clients in criminal cases, including misdemeanors and felonies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build a strong defense strategy.
• Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and briefs.
• Negotiate plea bargains and settlements with prosecutors.
• Advocate for clients in court hearings and trials.
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
• Stay updated on changes in criminal law and legal precedents.
• Utilize technology for case management and communication.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in criminal defense.

Education and Certifications:
