Job Details:

  • Handle a wide variety of PIP cases, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and providing comprehensive legal analysis.
  • Prepare and argue motions, attend court hearings, and interact with clients to address their legal concerns and expectations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the clients and the firm.
  • Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and communication, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with firm policies.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Previous experience in PIP work or insurance defense areas is preferred.
