A law firm in New York is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney with 1-5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation defense. The ideal candidate should be admitted to practice in New York, possess familiarity with NYS Workers’ Compensation Law and regulations, and demonstrate the ability to effectively handle WCB hearings, depositions, and Board Panel appeals.

Duties:

• Represent clients in Workers’ Compensation defense matters.
• Conduct legal research, analyze cases, and prepare for hearings, depositions, and appeals.
• Effectively handle WCB hearings, depositions, and Board Panel appeals.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, witnesses, and internal team members.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation defense.
• Familiarity with NYS Workers’ Compensation Law and regulations.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to practice law in New York.

Skills:
