Job Overview: A law firm specializing in insurance coverage litigation seeks a qualified attorney with at least 5 years of experience handling insurance coverage matters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in defending insurance companies in first-party lawsuits, analyzing insurance coverage, conducting depositions, handling arbitrations and/or trials, and providing counseling to clients.

Duties:

• Defend insurance companies in first-party lawsuits related to insurance coverage matters.
• Analyze insurance coverage, including commercial and homeowners' policies.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in arbitrations and/or trials.
• Provide counseling to clients regarding insurance coverage issues.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to insurance coverage litigation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited Law School.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling insurance coverage matters.
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; admission in New Jersey is a plus.
• Experience analyzing insurance coverage and/or working in insurance litigation.
• Strong research and writing skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited Law School.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania is required.
• Admission to practice law in New Jersey is a plus.
