Duties

• Due Diligence: Take a lead role in transaction diligence processes, ensuring thorough examination.
• Document Drafting: Draft ancillary agreements and other legal documents essential to transactions.
• Transaction Oversight: Oversee all aspects of a transaction, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Legal Consultation: Provide legal advice and support on M&A matters.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years of M&A experience.
• License: Admitted to the New York Bar.
