The Associate Attorney will play a crucial role in handling a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights. Duties:

  • Manage a substantial caseload within the field of creditor's rights.
  • Resolve issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution.
  • Preferably, handle appellate matters and possess knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code.
  • Assist in growing the firm's presence as a top-performing entity.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of mortgage foreclosure experience.
  • Membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
  • Ability to obtain licenses in Massachusetts federal district and bankruptcy courts.
  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to professional growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
