Duties:

• Conduct thorough patent searches and analyses in the fields of medical devices and mechanical engineering.
• Prepare and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO.
• Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and attorneys to gather necessary information for patent filings.
• Provide legal advice on patentability, infringement, and validity of patents.
• Conduct interviews with patent examiners and respond to office actions.
• Stay abreast of developments in patent law, particularly as they relate to medical devices and mechanical products.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.
