H2: Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Trial Attorney at Farmers, you will handle cases of moderate to great complexity and/or exposure, which may involve all areas of tort practice. Other responsibilities include consulting with claims departments, keeping supervisors informed, and maintaining computerized litigation support systems.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least three years of experience as an attorney, including civil jury trial experience or equivalent. You must also be a member in good standing of the State Bar in the state where the position is located. Additionally, you should have strong public speaking skills and the ability to handle high case loads in adversarial or confrontational situations.
