This role requires autonomy in managing matters and expertise in high-end tenant representation office leasing transactions.

Duties:

• Handle commercial office leasing arrangements
• Represent large, national, institutional clients in leasing transactions
• Engage in direct client communication
• Work independently and manage matters autonomously when appropriate
• Draft and review leasing agreements and related legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate and leasing matters

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in commercial leasing, ideally with a focus on high-end tenant representation office leasing transactions
• Admission to the New York Bar
• Strong understanding of real estate leasing principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Education:

JD degree from an accredited law school
