  • Prepare estate and gift tax returns and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Meet with clients to discuss estate planning needs, understand goals, and provide legal advice.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, updating them on the progress of estate planning matters.
  • Provide guidance on minimizing tax implications related to estate planning.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, conducting legal research as needed.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals, such as tax and real estate attorneys, to offer integrated services.

 

Experience:

0-5 years of experience in estate planning and estate and trust administration.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
  • . in Taxation or coursework/experience in tax law.

 

Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
