The role involves drafting complex legal documents, preparing tax returns, meeting with clients, and providing guidance on minimizing tax implications. The candidate will work collaboratively within a client-focused team to offer integrated and comprehensive services.

Job Details:

• Work with a team of experienced estate planning Attorneys, gaining exposure to over 100 years of combined experience.
• Draft complex legal documents for estate plans, family business succession plans, and more.
• Prepare estate and gift tax returns and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Meet with clients to discuss estate planning needs, understand goals, and provide legal advice.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, updating them on the progress of estate planning matters.
• Provide guidance on minimizing tax implications related to estate planning.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, conducting legal research as needed.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals, such as tax and real estate attorneys, to offer integrated services.

Experience:

0-5 years of experience in estate planning and estate and trust administration.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
• . in Taxation or coursework/experience in tax law.
