Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level corporate mergers and acquisitions associate attorney, preferably with 4 years of significant experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private mergers and acquisitions, including private equity. The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. Should have strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. Must be Well-versed in the mechanics of leading a mergers and acquisitions transaction from inception to closing; experience leading due diligence teams; general corporate and corporate governance experience; ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas and a willingness to train junior associates. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
