Responsibilities:
- Work cross functionally with business teams to analyze legal risks and develop solutions
- Proactively identify emerging legal and regulatory risks
- Support creation and expansion of contract templates and terms of use
- Review and negotiate various business agreements
- Ensure compliance with securities laws and manage corporate governance matters
- Develop trusted relationships with internal teams and improve internal processes

Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 7+ years of corporate law experience
- Active bar membership with ability to register as in-house counsel in California

Preferred Qualifications:
- In-house counsel experience
- Experience with top-tier law firms and mature private companies
- Knowledge of securities law compliance and complex corporate structures and transactions

Salary Information:
- In compliance with local law, salary for roles in Culver City will vary based on factors such as skill sets, experience, and business needs
- A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is $200K-$500K per year
