Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on a variety of matters, including business formation, contract negotiation, intellectual property, and commercial litigation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, actively seeking opportunities to expand the firm's clientele base.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advice.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to provide informed counsel to clients.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Ohio with no disciplinary action.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in private practice, preferably in a law firm environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
