Summary:

Deloitte is seeking a Tax Manager to join their Business Tax Services team in providing federal tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in federal tax compliance, accounting, and research, and the ability to travel up to 25%. The salary range for this position is $84,980 to $193,440, and the position is available in 22 locations across the country.

Responsibilities:

- Provide federal tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base in various industries
- Advise clients on tax issues including income taxes, tax provisions, compliance, business restructuring, and controversy
- Oversee complex tax projects for different entities and their affiliates
- Manage engagement team resources, workflow, and billing
- Provide leadership and career guidance for the engagement team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal tax compliance, accounting, and research
- Active CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, or relevant certification
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Advanced degree and Big 4 or large CPA firm experience preferred
