BCG's client, a trial litigation boutique in Shrewsbury, NJ, is looking for an experienced litigator with 5+ years of experience in federal and state court. Experience representing school boards in employment and general liability disputes is preferred, but not required. Candidates with employment litigation, tort claim,s or commercial litigation will be considered. Qualified candidates will have excellent writing and oral advocacy skills, experience with motion practice, taking and defending depositions, and supporting trial preparation. Candidates should also be enthusiastic and highly motivated. New Jersey bar admission required, clerkship and/or DAG experience preferred.
