A law firm in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Real Estate and Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with at least two years of experience in real estate or commercial litigation. The ideal candidate must possess excellent writing skills, strong academic credentials, and be detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a team environment. Membership to the Florida Bar is required.

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Managing a caseload of real estate and commercial litigation matters
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Providing legal advice and strategic guidance to clients
• Collaborating with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and client matters
• Assisting with case management, including document review and organization
• Maintaining communication with clients and providing regular updates on case progress

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida State Bar in good standing
• Minimum of two years of experience in real estate or commercial litigation
• Strong writing skills with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality legal documents
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Certifications:

Membership to the Florida State Bar

Skills:
