The Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney will represent individuals who have been injured due to the negligence or wrongdoing of others. They will handle a caseload of personal injury cases, provide legal advice to clients, negotiate settlements with insurance companies, and represent clients in court proceedings. Bar admission is required, and candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in personal injury law.

Duties:

• Handle personal injury cases from intake to resolution
• Conduct legal research
• Draft legal documents, including complaints and motions
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
• Negotiate settlements
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
• 1+ years of experience in personal injury law

Education:
