A law firm is seeking an Intermediate Litigation Compliance Attorney with the following responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits:

Job Overview:

The Intermediate Litigation Compliance Attorney will conduct audits and case reviews, ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures, and address areas of non-compliance within assigned teams. The position requires a licensed attorney with 0-3 years of personal injury experience, strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Evidence, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Job Details:

  • Perform audits and case reviews for each assigned team
  • Meet with assigned teams weekly to ensure adherence to firm policies, procedures, and deadlines
  • Assess areas of non-compliance and address them with each assigned team as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed attorney in the . and in good standing
  • Working knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Evidence
  • 0-3 years of Personal Injury experience
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Superb organizational and time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in legal research and writing
  • Familiarity with litigation management software is a plus
