Tampa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employment litigation associate attorney with 4+ years of experience. The candidate will defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases. An employment law background is strongly preferred. Class action experience is desired. Higher education experience is also desired. Must have current FL Bar admission or the ability to obtain admission.
