Position Summary:
The Associate Transactional Counsel will work under the supervision of the Associate General Counsel to provide legal analysis, support, and counsel in various areas of law such as contracting, corporate governance, privacy, marketing, and intellectual property. This role offers a competitive salary of $120k to $160k, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex legal issues and conduct research
- Draft and review corporate governance documents
- Negotiate contracts with other parties' attorneys
- Review and prepare leases, settlement agreements, and other commercial documents
- Ensure marketing materials comply with state and federal laws
- Maintain contract database and monitor renewals
- Respond to privacy rights requests
- Assist with IP filings and litigation matters as needed

Qualification Requirements:
- Must have a . License from ABA accredited law school
- Member in good standing with the California State Bar
- 3-7 years of general legal experience, with experience in construction, corporate, and employment law being a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual candidates preferred
- Must have a valid CA Driver's License and ability to drive to branches

Physical Demands and Abilities:
- Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment
- Constantly answer phone calls and emails
- Regularly move from sitting to standing positions
- Use hands and fingers to handle objects
- See details of objects up close
- Speak and understand speech clearly
- Frequently work on projects with deadlines
- Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds
