We are currently seeking a Senior Tax Associate with 2+ years of relevant tax experience to join our Commercial practice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients, from multi-national corporations to early stage start-ups. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax provisions, collaborating with engagement teams to identify and research complex client issues, and providing regular updates to clients. You will also have the opportunity to receive formal corporate tax training, on the job training, and direct feedback from top tax leaders. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to pursue additional training through internal and external resources.

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have a Bachelor's and/or relevant advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An Advanced credential, such as a CPA or JD, is preferred but not required.
