Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate Degree from an ABA accredited Law School. - Minimum of six years of experience in the practice of law. - Active member of the State Bar of Oklahoma. Preference may be given to candidates with: - Senior level administrative experience at OHCA. - Legal experience at OHCA. - Litigation experience. - Other relevant legal and/or administrative experience. - Significant background in health care administration, health care insurance, and/or state or federal health care programs. - Advanced education. - Additional certifications. - Use of computer research and case management software.
