Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of criminal and capital appeals cases
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Attend court hearings and observe trial proceedings
- Participate in case strategy discussions and legal meetings
- Work on special projects as assigned by attorneys

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an ABA accredited law school
- Able to intern a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Eligible for academic credit or enrolled in a law school sponsored program
- Interest in criminal and civil law
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
