  • Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.
  • Take responsibility for administrative tasks related to client invoicing/billing records and scheduling meetings.
  • Cover court territories including New Britain, Hartford, Rockville, and Manchester.
  • Utilize advanced computer skills, particularly with legal research programs like Westlaw and Lexis.
  • Maintain active membership in the Bar in good standing with no pending or prior disciplinary history.
  • Utilize strong written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a law firm environment.
  • Active Bar membership in good standing.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly with legal research programs.
  • Strong written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills.

 

Education:
