  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on complex legal issues.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and policy language.
  • Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to develop effective legal strategies.
  • Appear in court and handle litigation proceedings as necessary.
  • Engage in marketing and thought leadership efforts to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation.
  • Attend and contribute to practice-related publications, professional associations, client presentations, and speaking engagements.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Valid license to practice law in one or more of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, Illinois, and/or California.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated excellence in legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Valid state bar admission in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, Illinois, and/or California.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in insurance lines, including financial institutions, directors & officers, professional liability, and related areas.
