The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a high caseload while providing exceptional client service.

Job Details: The Pre-Litigation Attorney will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supervising and providing direction to a team of staff members.
• Evaluating the merits of personal injury cases.
• Providing guidance and counsel to clients regarding their legal matters.
• Conducting medical case reviews to assess injuries and medical treatment.
• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support cases.
• Negotiating and authorizing settlements during the pre-litigation stage.
• Maintaining a valid license in good standing to practice law in Florida.

Requirements: The Pre-Litigation Attorney should meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with client contact and/or negotiation experience.
• Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills.
• The ability to efficiently handle a large and active caseload.
• Prioritization of client representation and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Proven success in providing direction and guidance to a legal team.
• Formidable negotiation skills.

Education: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a license to practice law in Florida are required.

Certifications: The candidate must possess a valid license in good standing to practice law in Florida.
