Job Details: The Pre-Litigation Attorney will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Supervising and providing direction to a team of staff members.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with client contact and/or negotiation experience.

Education: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a license to practice law in Florida are required.
