Mid-level Privacy Associate The candidate will be responsible for (i) researching legal principles and precedents; (ii) drafting and negotiating data use agreements and various non-disclosure agreements; (iii) drafting and reviewing data privacy policies, including policies for websites and mobile apps; (iv) assisting with responses to privacy incidents; (v) assisting with responses to regulatory complaints and investigations, and related matters; (vi) assisting with privacy deal due diligence; and (vii) providing general data privacy counsel to clients. Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical and writing skills are required. Should have 3+ years of law firm experience, preferably at an AmLaw 200 law firm. Must have a . and a local Bar membership is a plus. Prior experience with data privacy law is required. IAPP certification is a plus.
