A law firm is seeking a qualified Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join their team in Harrisburg. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with leading attorneys, join an established team, and enjoy advancement opportunities within the firm. The position requires a Juris Doctorate with licensure in Pennsylvania and a minimum of 4 years of substantive transactional real estate experience.

 

Duties:

  • Manage a variety of real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing, as well as the acquisition, disposition, and development of property.
  • Collaborate with a team of established attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues in real estate transactions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in planned community and condominium matters (experience in these areas is a plus).
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and standards.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients involved in real estate transactions.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Handle negotiations and conflict resolution with excellent interpersonal skills.

 

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience managing real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of property.
  • 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience.
  • Proficiency in planned community and condominium matters is a plus.

 

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
