A law firm is seeking a Junior Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of experience from a top law firm. The successful candidate will be based in Chicago, IL, and will play a key role in the firm's litigation practice, working on various cases and gaining exposure to diverse legal challenges.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Assist in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Attend court proceedings and hearings.
• Engage in discovery processes, including document review and production.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on relevant case law, statutes, and legal trends.
• Participate in legal strategy sessions and case discussions.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of litigation experience from a top law firm.
• Juris Doctor degree from a top law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.
• Strong academic record and legal research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated interest and commitment to litigation.

Education:
