Job Description:

As a Senior Legal Counsel for International Contracts at Diversified, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal counsel and guidance on a wide range of international legal matters. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international technology goods and services agreements, as well as providing timely and practical counsel to our sales and operations teams. You will also be responsible for conducting legal research and analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting with the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of international technology goods and services agreements.
- Provide timely and business-oriented legal advice and counsel to all levels of company management.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues and mitigate risks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
- Provide legal support to various internal departments with a variety of legal matters.
- Perform other legal tasks as directed by the General Counsel and senior management.

Requirements:

- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in one or more states.
- 8+ years of legal experience in a corporate environment or law firm handling international commercial transactions.
- Proven track record of drafting and negotiating complex international commercial transactions.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property, data protection, and privacy laws.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and advise on appropriate corporate response.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with common business software tools.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Must be a team-player and able to mentor junior legal staff.
