Job Description:

As a Staff Real Estate Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of real estate projects for our worldwide portfolio. This includes negotiating commercial and industrial leases, property acquisitions and dispositions, and other real estate transactions. You will work closely with legal counsel, facilities, and external brokers to ensure favorable outcomes for the company while supporting business requirements. This is a virtual position, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute real estate projects for Northrop Grumman's global portfolio
- Collaborate with legal counsel, facilities, and external brokers to negotiate and document real estate transactions
- Conduct real estate market studies and financial analysis
- Actively participate in process improvement efforts to enhance the corporate real estate function
- Provide strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law or related discipline with at least 15 years of experience OR Master's degree with at least 13 years of experience in real estate contract negotiation
- Background in real estate finance, formal negotiation training, and familiarity with IBM Tririga database preferred
- Strong people leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $123, - $185,, but may vary based on experience and market conditions. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and Long Term Incentives. Other benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, and paid time off for vacation and personal business.
