The candidate will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier legal representation to the diverse range of clients in the insurance industry. Will work closely with seasoned partners and senior associates, gaining unparalleled experience and mentorship in handling complex insurance defense matters. Encompass legal research, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, engaging in settlement negotiations, and representing clients in court proceedings. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide accurate and well-reasoned advice to clients. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and contribute to the overall litigation process. Prepare for and conduct depositions, witness interviews, and client consultations.
