  • Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials.
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Meet with clients to discuss case details and provide legal advice.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in family law or commercial litigation.
  • Experience drafting and responding to motions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong writing and legal research skills.
  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida State Bar.

Education/Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida State Bar.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in legal software and research tools.
