General civil defense litigation experience will also be considered.
As a Senior Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney, you will take on a pivotal role, handling a wide range of responsibilities. This includes drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, as well as taking and defending depositions and attending court appearances. You should be well-versed in insurance coverage matters and hold a valid Texas license. Exceptional research and writing skills are imperative, and familiarity with general defense litigation is advantageous. Practical case management experience in federal court is preferred.
To excel in this role, candidates should bring 8 to 10 years of third-party insurance coverage litigation experience to the table. Your deep expertise in insurance coverage, coupled with your knowledge of Texas law, will be key assets in this position.
