Job Overview:

  • Draft and negotiate venture capital investment agreements, including NVCA forms.
  • Lead negotiations of key terms in venture capital investment agreements.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor associates in venture capital financing.
  • Advise emerging companies on day-to-day operations and equity awards.

 

Duties:

  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professionalism in client and colleague interactions.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar or eligibility for admission.

  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents and negotiating agreements.
