This position reports to the Deputy General Counsel and will involve leading transactions, managing outside counsel, and advising internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage complex M&A transactions
- Efficiently handle outside counsel and advise internal stakeholders
- Manage integration legal matters
- Review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements
- Assist with PR and communications activities related to transactions
- Conduct educational presentations on legal and regulatory matters as needed

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

- . degree and bar admission (California preferred)
- 5-15 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years at a top-tier law firm or in-house
- Strong understanding of mergers, acquisitions, and investments
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience working with senior management and public company directors preferred
- Understanding of other functional areas such as Employment & Benefits a plus
- Ability to analyze complex legal and regulatory issues and provide practical advice
- Familiarity with insider trading, antitrust, and regulatory laws

Compensation and Benefits:

- Annual base salary range of $153,000 - $255,000
- Discretionary annual bonus and equity benefits
