The candidate will thoroughly assess and evaluate disability claims, skillfully cross-examine witnesses during legal proceedings, prepare for and represent clients at hearings, maintain effective communication with all relevant parties, develop and execute effective case strategies, and present cases in front of judges with professionalism and expertise.

Education:

Juris Doctorate required.

Admittance to a State Bar.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong advocacy and cross-examination skills.
