A law firm is seeking a Social Security Disability Associate Attorney for their Tampa, FL office. The candidate will thoroughly assess and evaluate disability claims, skillfully cross-examine witnesses during legal proceedings, prepare for and represent clients at hearings, maintain effective communication with all relevant parties, develop and execute effective case strategies, and present cases in front of judges with professionalism and expertise.

Duties:

Requirements:

• Currently admitted to a State Bar or pending Bar exam results.
• Graduation in the top 30% of your law school class is preferred.
• Participation in either Moot Court or Law Review is preferred.

Education:

Juris Doctorate required.

Certifications:

Admittance to a State Bar.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
