Job Overview: A law firm in Miami, FL, seeks a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join their bankruptcy law team. The successful candidate must be Florida Bar admitted and fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Duties:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on bankruptcy laws and regulations.
• Prepare and file legal documents, such as bankruptcy petitions, motions, and pleadings.
• Attend hearings, meetings, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients regarding bankruptcy matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on complex cases.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• Previous experience in bankruptcy law is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
