Program Overview:
- Interns will gain practical experience in a legal field and perform meaningful work towards the completion of their degree.
- The Office of the Attorney General serves as the attorney for the State of Florida and as a member of the Florida Cabinet.
- Interns will have the opportunity to work with a variety of divisions, including Civil Legal Services, Child Support Enforcement, and Cyber Fraud Unit.

Responsibilities:
- Providing legal representation in administrative hearings, circuit court, and appellate courts.
- Offering general counsel services for state agencies in Florida.
- Assisting with establishment and enforcement of child support orders.
- Conducting legal research and writing.
- Appearing in front of various judges and hearing officers.

Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited ABA law school.
- Must be able to intern a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Must provide documentation of academic credit or participation in a law school sponsored program.
- 2nd and 3rd year law students may be required to provide a writing sample at the time of the interview.
