The Woodlands office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks real estate attorney with experience. The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge and growing expertise in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing (both landlord and tenant representation) of mid-to-large size office, retail, industrial, medical, and master planned community projects. Must have an understanding of title and survey issues and the fundamentals of negotiating purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, joint venture agreements, construction agreements, and finance documents.
