Responsibilities:

- Identify and find solutions for root causes of inequities in the justice system through litigation, policy advocacy, and education.
- Provide direct representation to clients in housing related matters.
- Educate clients and stakeholders on their legal rights and available resources.
- Maintain client confidentiality and work independently with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Utilize strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and research skills.
- Adapt to and learn new technology as needed.

- Admitted to the practice of law in Ohio.
- Demonstrated interest in and sensitivity to the legal needs of low-income individuals.

As a staff attorney, you will serve as the primary contact for transforming the lives of our clients by addressing their immediate legal needs and identifying and finding solutions for the root causes of inequities in our justice system.
