Duties:

  • Lead and manage a wide range of government and internal investigations, including civil, regulatory, criminal, and internal matters.
  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients facing investigations at the federal and state levels.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and fact-finding to support investigations and defense strategies.
  • Develop and implement proactive compliance programs and risk mitigation measures.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the New York State Bar (or eligible for admission).

  • Proficiency in federal and state laws related to investigations, including white collar criminal defense, SEC defense, and False Claims Act litigation.
  • Strong litigation and trial experience in related areas.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the New York State Bar Association.
