Position Summary:

- Seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Tax Manager to join Deloitte's Business Tax Services practice.

- Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
- Act as a trusted business advisor on a variety of tax issues.
- Manage engagement profitability, billings, and resources.

Job Responsibilities:

- Co-locate in person 2-3 days per week in a hybrid work model.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, analysis, and research.
- Must have one of the following accreditations: CPA (eligible to sit for the exam), licensed attorney, enrolled agent, CFA, or CFP.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Advanced degree and previous Big 4 or large CPA firm experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business.
- Solid reputation as a subject matter expert in federal tax.
- Experience with virtual and global environments.
- Passion for leveraging technology.
- Knowledge of ASC740 and excellent research and writing skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

- Wage range: $119,490 to $238,680.
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program.
