The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience and a genuine interest in intellectual property law. The primary responsibilities will include handling both domestic and foreign trademark prosecution.

Duties:

• Manage domestic and foreign trademark prosecution matters.
• Conduct legal research on intellectual property issues.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including trademark applications, responses to office actions, and related correspondence.
• Provide legal advice and counseling on trademark and copyright matters.
• Conduct due diligence for trademark and copyright transactions.
• Assist in intellectual property litigation matters, including trademark and copyright disputes.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective intellectual property strategies.
• Stay updated on changes in trademark and copyright laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-6 years of experience in trademark and copyright law.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law, including trademark and copyright principles.
• Experience with both domestic and foreign trademark prosecution.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
