The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical records analysis, drafting legal documents, attending court proceedings, and conducting depositions. Job Duties:

• Review and prepare summaries of medical records.
• Prepare motions, including motions for summary judgment.
• Cover hearings and attend court appearances regularly.
• Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions as needed.
• Draft initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, and appellate documents.
• Draft discovery requests and responses.
• Draft and respond to discovery-related motions.
• Take and defend depositions of both fact witnesses and expert witnesses.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Admission to practice law in the State of Texas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent research abilities.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.

Skills:

• Proficiency in medical records analysis.
• Ability to draft legal documents accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with court procedures and rules.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
