Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A Las Vegas, NV law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad spectrum of employment-related claims. The ideal candidate will counsel employers on labor and employment laws, possess strong litigation experience, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

Duties:

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination
• Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination cases
• Provide advice and counsel to employers on labor and employment laws and regulations
• Ensure compliance with current court and employment-related agency procedures

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Excellent academic credentials
• 5+ years of litigation experience; background in employment law strongly preferred
• Active NV Bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly
• Understanding of current court and employment-related agency (state and federal) procedures
