The ideal candidate will assist in various legal activities, including drafting legal documents, document review, and participating in marketing and client outreach efforts. Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills are a must.

Duties:

• Learn how to draft pleadings, discovery requests, responses, position statements, and discovery motions.
• Review and analyze documents provided by clients and obtained through discovery, identifying further discovery needs and assessing clients' positions.
• Actively participate in the firm's marketing and client outreach efforts, including managing social media platforms.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience as an attorney.
• Excellent legal writing, analysis, and research skills are an absolute minimum.
• Background in human resources or related areas or coursework in litigation or employment law is an asset.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Michigan State Bar.
