Responsibilities:
- Manage clients and their needs
- Perform projects involving technical review and analysis of multistate indirect taxes
- Assist with tax consulting projects and research related to tax planning
- Analyze taxpayer data and identify opportunities for clients
- Stay up-to-date on state and local tax law changes
- Participate in business development activities
- Develop relationships and help grow external branding
- Assist in management and development of staff

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's in taxation or JD/LLM preferred
- CPA, CMI, and/or licensed attorney required
- Minimum of 8 years of related tax experience required
- Previous experience in tax research and providing technical advice on state and local tax issues
- Previous experience working with state or local tax authorities preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
