  • Attend community association board meetings and assist clients with legal matters related to community associations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and paraprofessionals to address clients' day-to-day legal issues.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and complete time-sensitive assignments.
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation for clients.
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships and communication.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Active Bar admission in New Jersey and New York.
  • Strong foundation in litigation work, from filing complaints through trial appearances.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal agreements, contracts, and memoranda.
  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time-sensitive assignments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Certifications:
