A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney for their Tampa office. The Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support in various corporate matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle significant responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and support on corporate transactions and matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and contracts.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate law issues.
  • Assist with due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve client objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to The Florida Bar or eligibility for membership and willingness to take the February 2022 Bar examination.
  • 3+ years of experience practicing corporate law.
  • Strong transactional background with experience in technology companies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to The Florida Bar or eligibility for membership and willingness to take the February 2022 Bar examination.
